We provide coaching, community, memberships, programs, retreats, and educational wellness resources for women navigating midlife transitions. Access to specific features depends on your membership or program level.

Paid memberships and programs are billed at the price and cadence displayed at checkout. Monthly memberships renew automatically until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

You may cancel a monthly membership at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Program refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payment plans remain due through the plan term.

Coaching and wellness content are educational and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Peptides and wellness-related perks are educational referrals coordinated with licensed providers. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of results or of treatment. Always consult a qualified licensed provider about your individual health.
